Cookie-Cookie Breakfast Oatmeal

What you need: 

2 cups water
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon sugar
dash ground ginger
dash nutmeg

What you do: 

1. Boil water and turn off the burner if electric, or turn to low if gas.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Be sure to taste before serving -- some people might like this a little sweeter or may want to dial up the seasonings. Serve warm.
