Cool Mexican Pizza
1 cup vegan sour cream
2 tablespoons chili powder
14 oz can petite diced tomatoes
1/4 cup salsa seasoning
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
2 cups shredded lettuce (I just bought the bag kind)
1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced colorful peppers
1 cup shredded vegan cheese - optional
Mix sour cream and chili powder, refrigerate.
Mix salsa seasoning and petite diced tomatoes and set aside.
Roll out dough onto a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet (I just used olive oil spray). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.
Spread sour cream mixture over cooled bread crust. Spoon salsa mixture over sour cream (you may need to drain excess liquid before doing this).
Top with shredded lettuce, onions, peppers, and cheese. Cut into slices and enjoy!
