Cool Summer Fruit Shake

What you need: 

1 cup (250ml) of vanilla soya milk
2 cups (500 ml) of frozen fruit (blackberries, nectarines, strawberries, etc.)
2 teaspoon (10 ml) granulated sugar

What you do: 

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and serve. Great on a hot day!
