Couscous Fruit Salad

What you need: 

3 serving of couscous (1 cup)
1 apple (cut up)
1 nectarine (cut up)
1 plum (cut up)
some pineapple (equal amount as other fruit)
some grapes cut in half
any other fruit you have in the house
1/2 cup of orange juice

What you do: 

Cook couscous as directed on the package (use water or orange juice to cook). Once the couscous is cooled, add fruit and orange juice. If you think it needs more than 1/2 cup of orange juice add more. Serve chilled.
