SO HOW'D IT GO?
The corn definitely dominates the taste of this soup. I recommend using less if you don't like sweet tasting soups.
It ended up being too much for our crock pot so I had to make it on the stove. And had to add 2 cups of water because the 3 3/4 cups of broth wasn't enough to cover the vegetables. Also added a can of green beans which I'll probably leave out next time.
As easy as it is to make it still tastes pretty good.
