Creamy TVP Bowl (Protein Cocktail)

What you need: 

1/2 cup "ground" textured soy protein
2/3 cups soy yogurt (size of a yogurt cup)
1/2 cup fruit (any kind - apples are groovy)
2 packets sweetener
1 tablespoon flax seeds (preferably ground)

What you do: 

Hydrate your textured soy protein in same amount of boiling water. Drain excess water from hydrated textured soy protein and add to a bowl.
Mix in flax, fruit, sweetener and soy yogurt.
You're DONE!! Enjoy with a hot beverage, and bask in the fact that you've now consumed a huge chunk of your daily protein allotment!
I eat this at lunch a lot, as the protein boost is perfect mid-day.

Last night feeling hungry and in the mood for something sweet, I created a similar recipe with TVP, then came on the site to see if there was anything like it on here...  I used soymilk to rehydrate the TVP, and added cinnamon and sweetener.  I was pretty good, and an easy way to get some protein while eating something "dessert-like" at the same time...  I wonder how it would taste if you rehydrated the TVP with hot soymilk, added the cinnamon and sweetener, and then made little patties and sauted them in a bit of veg oil...  Would it taste like french toast?
