Crunchy PB and Apple Sandwich

What you need: 

peanut butter
apple
cereal (grapenuts or any flakes cereal)
2 slices of whole wheat bread

What you do: 

Spread peanut butter to your liking on each slice of vegan bread. Slice apple vertically into flat pieces and place on one of the pieces of vegan bread. (you probably won't need the whole apple) On the other slice of vegan bread, add a little cereal so that it sticks to the peanut butter and covers the vegan bread completely. Place the slices together and serve.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was a great sandwich, a sweet, soft yet crunchy mix. A new favorite!
