Cucumber Berry Smoothie (no bananas!)
1/2 cup frozen berries (your choice)
1 ripe pear
4-5 pitted dates
1/2 peeled and seed cucumber
1/2 cup water (to suit)
First add berries to blender, followed by remaining ingredients. ( I used mixed berries and some frozen cherries from TJ's). Blend on high. If the blender is having a hard time, add some more water.
Be sure to pit your dates, the blender will sound like it has rocks in it. It’s delish! I like that it has little bits of dates; makes it sweet and adds some chewy.
