Curry Bread

What you need: 

3 tablespoon Oil
1 1/3 cups Water
3-4 cloves Garlic, finely minced or grated
3 tablespoons minced onion (can be the dried stuff)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups flour
1/3 cup cashews (optional)
1/3 cup raisins (optional)
2 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast

What you do: 

Made from modifying non-vegan version.
My bread machine likes wet first, so I throw all the ingredients down to sugar in the wet and then mix up dry (except yeast) and throw it in, making an indent at the top of the mixture for the yeast. Sometimes it may need a little extra water, so if its really dry don't hesitate to add a few tablespoons.

pine nuts?  they don't mess with his allergies? I will give them a shot!  but, I will have the epi-pen ready if its needed!  Thanks!!

it may not be authentic, but I always sub pine nuts for cashews... I love the flavor!

my hubby's allergic to tree nuts too :(

So, you don't actually add any curry? 

Is there something I could substitute for the cashews?  My son is allergic to tree nuts... sunflower seeds or soy nuts or something?

Well, the recipe sounds good... I will re-post when I make this!
