Curry Hummus

What you need: 

1 14oz can garbanzo beans, with 2 tablespoons of liquid from can
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon Juice
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 jalapeño pepper (sliced and seeded)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

What you do: 

Put all ingredients in a food processor or whatever you use, and blend until smooth.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was a really good idea to add the curry!  I just made it and it tastes great with it in.  I didn't have a jalapeno pepper but I'm gunna go buy one and try it.  ;)b

This was good, I'd recommend using more lemon juice and only 3 cloves of garlic.  I also added a little more of the bean juice as it was really thick.  Good curry taste...thanks for the recipe!
