Curry Lentil sauce

What you need:

1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of tomatoes
2 teaspoon curry paste
2 handfuls of red lentils
tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt
tomato paste
enough pasta for two

What you do:

Start by chopping the onion and garlic finely. Add the oil to a pan and heat. Add the onion and garlic and gently heat until soft.
Then add the tin of tomatoes, curry paste, tomato paste and salt then stir. Add the lentils, stir, cover with a lid and leave simmering for 30 mins. Stir occasionally.
Cook the pasta, drain and serve with the sauce.
