Delicious Dried Fruit Cookies

What you need: 

6 oz oatmeal
3.5 oz mixed dried fruit (apples, apricots, prunes, pear, grapes etc.)
1.7 oz chopped nuts
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon nut oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar free marmalade
1 tablespoon or so sweetened soy milk, optional

What you do: 

Chop dried fruit and banana into small pieces, put in a large bowl. Add oatmeal, nuts, oil, salt and marmalade and mash and stir. It should be a bit sticky. When too dry, add a bit of soymilk but not too much. Put small amounts with a tablespoon on a large plate and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes on 200 C (392 degrees F).
