Delicious Simple Mexican Vegan Chili

What you need: 

1 (5 ounce) box vegan taco filling mix (I use Fantastic Foods)
2 (15 ounce) cans chili beans (mild or spicy, without sugar)
1/2 bag (5 ounces) frozen corn
1/2 onion, diced
2 teaspoons chilli powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 (20 ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
vegan sour cream, to garnish (I use Tofutti)
cilantro, to garnish
tortilla chips, to serve

What you do: 

1. Mix the taco mix, beans, corn, onion, chili powder, garlic powder, tomatoes and salt in a big pot.
2. Heat until it is almost boiling.
3. Serve in a bowl with a big spoonful of sour cream and cilantro on top. Scoop with tortilla chips.
Source of recipe: I threw a bunch of stuff together, and it turned into a delicious chili.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was delicious! It was also super easy and super fast. I added about a cup of water. My 7-year-old daughter loved it, too. Laughing
