Dill Rye Bread

What you need: 

1 cup and 3 Tablespoons warm water
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 cup rye flour
3/4 cup bread flour
3 Tablespoons vital wheat gluten
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
1 Tablespoon dill

What you do: 

Place ingredients in bread maker according to machine manufacturers specifications.
Set to standard cycle.
When done cool on wire rack.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This bread has a nice flavor.  It didn't rise very high and I was afraid it would be kind of dense, but that did not turn out to be the case, it's just a very small loaf of bread.  Since I like my rye with caraway seeds I added them toward the end of the second knead.
