Easy Cheezy Scrambles

What you need: 

8 oz.-16 oz firm tofu
1 medium tomato diced
1 small onion diced
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup shredded vegan cheese(Follow Your Heart is the best in my opinion)

What you do: 

In a small bowl or right in a medium-sized frying pan, mash the tofu using either a fork or a masher. After dicing up the tomato and onion, mix in with the tofu and oil and begin cooking on medium heat.
After a few minutes you should have a good sizzle going. At this point you can add your spices and mix together well. Continue cooking on this heat for about another 5-8 minutes.
Lower heat and add shredded vegan cheese. It should only take 1 or 2 minutes for the cheese to melt in with the scrambles. Hope you enjoy.
