Easy Chik'n Ranch Wraps

What you need: 

1 (8-ounce) bag Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Chik'n Strips (or other seasoned chicken substitute)
oil for frying
3 to 4 flour tortillas
1 to 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/4 to 1/2 cup vegan ranch*

What you do:

1. Fry frozen chik'n strips in oil until lightly browned, I like to cut them up further with my spatula as I'm cooking them. Once browned, dump the chik'n strips into a bowl and set aside.
2. Using the same fry pan, heat up your flour tortillas. Once heated, place each tortilla on a plate and top the tortilla with chik'n, shredded romaine, and vegan ranch.
- Wrap up and enjoy :)

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Mmmmmm, so good. It was your ranch dressing that really made it.  I added some greens, mushrooms,and daiya cheddar.

I had this for dinner tonight and it was delish! I added some daiya vegan cheddar cheese as well and it was yummy.

P.S. If you're a total lazy or you have leftover chik'n and don't want to dirty a pan to heat the tortilla, just microwave the tortilla for 20 seconds and it's perfect for wrapping.

P.S.S. I also tried this using FYH Caesar dressing but still like the ranch version better <3

Yummmmmmm I bet this would be good with croutons and vegan Caesar dressing too mmmmm.... chicken caesar wraps were my favorite meal back in college!!
