Easy Chocolate Cheezecake

What you need: 

1 package vegan Tofutti cream cheese
1 (12oz) bag chocolate chips
1 package extra firm/firm silken tofu
2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
graham cracker crust

What you do: 

This recipe can be baked or not!
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Blend melted chocolate, tofu, cream cheese, and syrup in a food processor until smooth.
Pour into prepared crust.
Chill several hours until firm or bake at about 375F for ~1 hour, then chill.
