Easy & Sweet Mango & Red Bean Burrito

What you need: 

1 20 oz. jar of regan red bean pre-made dip
1 avocado
1 tomato
1 mango
1 block of regular tofu (firm or extra firm)
cilantro
any herbs you wish : )
lard free tortillas

What you do: 

Empty contents of vegan red bean dip (usually found in the international section of the supermarket, used for chips & dip) into a larger container.
Chop avocado, tomato, mango, and tofu into cubes and add to the dip.
Add herbs to your own liking.
Wrap in tortilla, eat and enjoy!
