Easy Vegan Dressing

What you need: 

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 pinches salt
1 1/2 tablespoons tomato basil and garlic seasoning blend (I use Mrs. Dash)
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum

What you do: 

1. Put all ingredients except xanthan gum in an empty salad dressing bottle or other bottle. Shake the ingredients well.
2. Add in the xanthan gum and shake again for a few minutes. It will take a few minutes after adding the xanthan gum for the dressing to thicken up and hold together.
Source of recipe: Tired of buying expensive dressing that has a bunch of junk in it. Plus, it's so much cheaper making it at home.
