SO HOW'D IT GO?

Mmmmmmmmm...
this was a very tasty pizza dough!
it cooked up just perfectly in the oven-i made little pizza pocket things and each one came out with a perfect texture and taste
i did 1/4 cup wheat and the rest white, just to see how it would taste
next time i'll do 1/2 cup wheat
only problem was it was super, super sticky and i had to use a ton of extra flour to flour my hands and the area i put it on
not sure if thats because i let it sit for a little bit-10-15 minutes before i rolled it out
anyway, it was fast and tasty, and my boyfriend loved what i made, so thank you!

I can't believe it didn't require any rise time.  I used whole wheatr flour and added some flax seed to it.  I wasn't too happy when I saw how thin it was, but once it was in the over for the first 5 minutes, it really came up. I'm impressed!!!  Very good.  I think I will add some rosemary next time, or a little corn meal for a different flavor.

This is amazing! I doubled the flour and water in the recipe, and proofed the yeast for a few minutes before adding everything else and it was amazing. I ate half the pie myself! It was so soft and fluffy (although I am fairly certain I didn't make it spread the dough thin enough, but it just made for an extra deep dish crust!). I recommend it to anyone looking to make a very quick dough.

SUPER YUMMY!! I just devoured 3 pieces, and am trying to stop myself from indulging in more  :P
I used all WW flour, and had no problems. I realized that my mixing bowls were in use in the fridge, so I threw everything in my food processor to mix. I was worried, because it looked crumbly, and like it wouldn't stick together. But when I pressed it into the pan, it was fine. My pizza pan is about 10 inches, and I had to spread the dough WAAAY thin. I was hoping it wouldn't be too crunchy, like a cracker. It still came out soft, yet crispy :)>>> I topped it with tomato paste, minced garlic, diced onions, garlic n herb mix (I LOVE garlic), sliced mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and nutritional yeast. I'm dipping the slices in salsa. soooooooooo good.

This recipe was easy and quick, yes.  But I have to counter the many positive reviews and say that it had no real flavour.
The reason that bread usually takes a long time is that it is the rising, the proving and the kneading of it that allows flavour to come out of the wheat.  Such a fast recipe doesn't allow for much to happen.  My partner and I found the pizza crust that it made to be edible, but certainly not wonderful.  It was very white and bland in our opinions; and i'm a baker, so no, I didn't make a mistake with the recipe ... It just wasn't what I hoped.
So I'll be sticking to a more traditional recipe which gives the dough the time and respect it deserves to develop flavour and heft.

WOW I had never made pizza crust before and today was my first time.  IT WAS DELICIOUS!  Possibly just as good as what it tastes like at California pizza kitchen.  I didn't put as much salt in it like it says and I used olive oil instead of margarine.  Very easy and fun to make!  Pizza is one of my favorite things to eat and I'm really excited that I get to make my own homemade pizzas now.  :D

Made this for lunch today for me and my daughter. I didn't use any yeast, just because I didn't have any. I added some dried italian seasoning, salt, and garlic powder. The crust is out of this world. Thank you for the recipe. Quick and easy, as well as tasty! Can't wait until my sister comes to town, so her family can it enjoy it as well. :)>>>

Love this recipe!  I double all the ingredients and use one packet of yeast and it turns out great.

Make sure to roll the dough out super thin!

My boyfriend and i made this once with Whole Wheat Pastry flour, and again with Wholemeal flour - both turned out a bit too thick and doughy, but still quite yummy. I think next time i will try it with half Unbleached White flour and half WW Pastry and roll it out really thin. Quick and Easy Recipe though, thanks! x
