Eva's Easy Pizza Dough

What you need:

1 bottle of beer (lager)
2 tablespoons olive Oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 teaspoons instant yeast
1 tablespoons liquid sweet something (Agave, maple)
4 cups flour

What you do:

In a pan on LOW LOW LOW (seriously LOW...you just want to bring the beer up to room temp and get your sweetener fully incorporated...you don't want to murder the yeast) combine all ingredients except flour. Remove from heat and add flour a cup at a time. I like to mix 2 cups white with 2 cups whole wheat flour. The less whole wheat flour the better the rise...I like the flavor and nutritional benefits of the whole wheat. It won't rise much at 100% whole wheat but it i do-able. When all flour has been added knead till the dough is the elasticity of a babies bottom. Let rise about an hour. Enjoy as you would any pizza dough!
