Extreme Coconut, Banana, Coffee Blast

What you need: 

1/4 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup banana chips, sweetened
1/8 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cold water
Sweetner, to taste (I use 3 packets stevia)
2 to 3 tablespoons coconut milk (I use the So Delicious French Vanilla Coconut Milk Creamer)
1/8 cup coffee beans, dark roast
1/4 cup coconut shreds, sweetened
1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Dash cinnamon
8 to 10 ice cubes

What you do: 

1) Add the first four ingredients (cashews, banana chips, almonds, cold water) to a blender and blend for two minutes.
2) Add the next three ingredients (stevia, coconut milk/creamer, coffee beans) and blend for an additional two minutes.
3) Add the remaining ingredients (coconut shreds, maple syrup/agave nectar, vanilla, cinnamon, ice cubes), and blend for another two minutes.
This recipe is super simple and versatile and rich. Experiment with different flavor combination, and certainly don't feel the need to follow this recipe exactly. But, if you do, it's amazing. Enjoy!
