Fast and Fruity Acorn Squash

What you need: 

1 small acorn squash
1/2 cup mandarin oranges in light juice, crushed pineapple in juice, or cut up canned peaches
cinnamon, to taste

What you do: 

1. Pierce skin of squash with knife in 4 places. Cook in microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on size of squash.
2. Cut in 1/2 and remove seeds. Scoop pulp into small bowl.
3. Add fruit with a little of the juice. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and blend all together. Enjoy!
