Fishy Spring Rolls

What you need: 

2 carrots
1/2 zucchini
2 tablespoon mung bean sprouts
1 tablespoon leek, cut
2 rice paper sheets

What you do: 

Soak the rice paper. In the meantime put into the blender the carrots and blend until its smashy. Do it as well with the zucchini.
Place the rice paper in a plate and smooth out the half of the center of the rice paper the pureed carrot. On the other half, smooth out the pureed zucchini. Place into the middle of it the mung bean sprouts and the leek. Fold the rice paper to an envelope.
Dunno why, but I realized a fishy taste with that combination... dip it with some soy sauce or satay or whatever you prefer.
