focaccia bread

What you need: 

8 ounces water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cup white flour
1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
vegan parmesan cheese
extra olive oil

What you do: 

1. Mix all ingredients in a mixer execpt the vegan parmesan cheese, let rise about 30 minutes.
2. Roll out about 1/2 inch thick and place on a pan.
3. Brush with olive oil and put parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes.
Also good with fresh tomatoes on top.
