Fried Cabbage With Cashews

What you need: 

1 head cabbage
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup cashews
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons plum sauce

What you do: 

1) Cut the cabbage in quarters, remove stem and thinly slice it.
2) Heat oil in a large pan and fry cabbage until it wilts. Add the cashews, soy sauce and plum sauce and continue frying, stirring frequently or constantly, until all the liquid evaporates.
Source of recipe: I was playing around in the kitchen, and this is what i came up with.

This sounds dee-lish and so easy. Going to try making this for my family.
