Fried Rice with Options

What you need: 

1 tablespoon of oil (I used sesame)
1 cup of cold brown rice
sprinkle of dried cranberries
sprinkle of walnuts
onion and garlic (as much as you like or can stand)
1 cup of spinach
salt free seasoning/Black pepper to taste

What you do: 

This is my first "recipe". I want to say thanks to everyone who submits here. The ideas and meals have been awesome.
Heat the oil in a skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic until almost transparent.
Add the rice. Stir until rice looks coated. If you run out of oil, I used a little water to keep the steam going.
Add the walnuts and cranberries. Continue to stir for about one minute.
Add the spinach and stir; only until it wilts.
Put in a bowl and garnish with chives if you like.
