Fudgsicles!

What you need:

1 (12 ounce) package silken tofu (I use Mori-Nu)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt

What you do:

1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze and enjoy!
These things are addicting, I swear. Even my milk-addict little sister loves them. Try them!

It's 90°F in upstate NY today, and now that I've read this recipe...DO WANT! ^_^ I'll have to try it asap.

These are awesome! My 16 month old loves them and I couldn't tell the difference between these and the non vegan version.

My daughter took 1 bite and asked if we can make these again sometime.  These are too sugary to have all the time but will be a perfect substitute for the ones her friends eat.  Next time I think I'll add a spoonfull to PB2 to the mix.  Now I just need to get some more molds.

Wow, I haven't even frozen this yet but it is great chocolate pudding. Can't wait to see how it is frozen.  Super easy and quick in my food processor.  :-*

I totally make these, but it's usually a green smoothie that I've whipped up in the morning (too much of it) and add a little cocoa powder, then pour into the popsicle molds (I have the same ones!). My kids eat green smoothies, but when they have one of these popsicles, they love it and think it's really a fudgsicle!  :)

this recipe is great, and if you leave it unfrozen it is like soy pudding, make sure to blend it until it looks like pudding before you freeze it otherwise it might not get the right texture. i am a person who doesn't like tofu and i tried this recipe on a whim because i had to get rid of some that i accidentally bought-- and from now on i will be buying Tofu for this purpose!

this is my new favorite recipe! because i could not find popcicle molds anywhere i decided to use a tupperware bowl instead and make ice cream. wow i'm so glad i did! its so creamy and tastes exactly like soft serve. i actually prefer this over most store bought ice creams! and i also added a frozen banana to the blender just for added flavor. i can't wait to make it again, thanks for the recipe!

My daughter loved these! Definately something we will have to make sparingly though...they are addicting!
