Fudgsicles!

What you need:

1 (12 ounce) package silken tofu (I use Mori-Nu)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt

What you do:

1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze and enjoy!
These things are addicting, I swear. Even my milk-addict little sister loves them. Try them!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

These are absolutely GREAT!  I used fructose instead of sugar, I TSP of vanilla,
and added 1/2 cup of  Vanilla LIGHT Silk soymilk, left everything else the same.  I had enough mixture to fill 9 of my Tupperware "popsicle" molds. My husband
LOVES them. (so do I)  It  has been YEARS since I ate a storebought Fudgesicle but I " think"  these taste exactly the same?  Only MUCH BETTER and healthy cause I KNOW everything that is in these.....and can pronounce all the words.  8)  Yea, I now have a quick cool summer treat that I can keep stocked up on!!
Thanks, bunnyrabbit

it might work, try blending up really good so that you don't have tofu chunks! the texture might be different, but it should work okay.

will regular soft tofu work? I accidentally bought it at the store, thinking it was the same as silken.. hmm.
