Garlic Herb Sauce Recipe

What you need:

1 (15 ounce) can white beans (navy, cannellini, great northern)
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive or untoasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons mixed dried herbs
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
salt, to taste
1/2 head cauliflower, chopped

What you do:

1. Put the beans, garlic, lemon juice, oil, herbs and nutritional yeast in a food processor or blender with about 1/2 cup water.
2. Process/blend until smooth, adding water as necessary for the right consistency. For a dip, use less water; for a sauce, use more water. Once you have the consistency you want, add salt.
3. Use the sauce over cauliflower, either raw or lightly steamed. To steam, put the cauliflower in a steaming basket over a small amount of boiling water for about 20 minutes.

Good, but instead of adding water, try adding some of the water leftover from the can; it always tastes richer that way. =) Also, a significant typo on the dried herbs. (Not sure why you would want to add more than one teaspoon, either, but I guess it could come down to taste and the mix. I used Italian seasoning, so any more than one teaspoon would have been too strong.)
