Geenlights House parsley

What you need: 

1 and 1/2 blocks of tofu
I bunch parsley
3 cloves of garlic (more to taste)
1/2 cup filtered water
1/4 cup tamari
1/8 cup lemon juice
salt and pepper if desired

What you do: 

blend ingrediants in a blender...add water if needed to make a smooth consistancy
use this dressing on salads, vegetables, or grains!
