Green Beans with Red Pepper

What you need: 

1/2 pound frozen green beans
1 red pepper, sliced lengthwise
chili powder, to taste
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon thyme seeds
2 teaspoons oil
cilantro, to garnish

What you do: 

1. Combine all the ingredients, except cilantro, in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Cover and cook for 7 minutes on high or until desired crunchiness.
3. Sprinkle on cilantro, and serve hot or cold.
Source of recipe: I created this recipe to make beans look more appetizing.
