Green Onion Dip

What you need: 

1 16 oz. package silken tofu
1/4 cup cashews
1 teaspoon soy milk
1 teaspoon A-1 steak sauce
1 teaspoon Better Than bouillon veggie flavor
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped

What you do: 

Drain tofu, using paper toweling to remove excess moisture. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender, adjusting amounts according to taste, and seasoning as desired with salt or pepper or what have you.
Pour mixture into a bowl, add chopped green onions, stir. Refrigerate at least two hours.
This tastes better the longer it sits!
