Green Tea Smoothie

What you need:

2 teaspoons Matcha (green tea powder)
1 cup hot (not boiling) water
1-2 tablespoons sugar depending on taste
1 cup rice milk
ice cubes (6 should do it)

What you do:

Add the matcha to the hot water. Stir with a wisk and add the sugar. Place in the fridge or freezer to cool it down otherwise it will just melt the ice when you blend it.
When it has cooled down place the ice and rice milk in a blender and blend until the ice is chopped. Add the matcha mixture and blend until it is a pale green color.
Pour, serve, and enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I used to make these a lot. To save time you can just add a little hot water to make a paste/syrup with the matcha, then add that to the rest of the ingredients. It's not enough hot water to make a difference so you don't have to let it cool.

didnt get any rice milk in my supermarket so i just took soy milk, and the result was amazing!! ;)b
This really reminded me a lot to a vegan matcha smoothie i had in japan.
