Grilled Blueberry Sandwich

What you need: 

-2 slices sourdough bread

-1/2 cup fresh blueberries

-1 1/2 Tbsp vegan cream cheese spread (I use tofutti)

-1 tsp raw sugar

-Vegan butter or oil for grilling

What you do: 

Heat up grill pan with oil/buttery spread.

Spread vegan cream cheese on one side of both slices of bread.

Place blueberries on the cream cheese side of one of the slices of bread.

Sprinkle sugar on blueberries.

Place other slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.

Grill the sandwich, pressing down slightly with a spatula.

Enjoy!
