Grilled Cheeze

What you need: 

1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
1/2 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon pepper
pinch salt (if not using vegan bacon)
pinch garlic powder
2 slices vegan bacon, roughly chopped, optional
2 slices bread
1 sandwich thin sliced kosher dill pickle
1 slice vegan monterey jack cheese
vegan butter, as needed

What you do: 

1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Season, to taste. If using, mix in bacon.
2. Spread mixture on a slice of bread, place pickle slice on top, place slice of cheese on top of pickle slice, and cover with other slice of bread.
3. Put butter in warm pan on medium and grill sandwich until brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
