2 ripe avocados
1/2 lemon or lime, juiced
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, grated
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mash until desired consistency.
2. Chill, covered, for 20 minutes before serving.
