Harmony Pudding

What you need: 

1 ripe avocado (soft to the touch)
2 very ripe bananas
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon raw maca powder
1 teaspoon psyllium husk powder
Shredded raw coconut to garnish (optional)

What you do: 

1) Combine ingredients in a blender (solid items first; then powders). Add a tablespoon of water at a time to get things moving, if necessary. When it’s at a pudding consistency, its ready. Enjoy!
If you want it sweeter, add your fav sweetener and blend again.
Cacao: you can use cocoa powder if you don’t care whether or not its RAW and pure. Raw -Cacao is great for energy, mood, and is an aphrodisiac.Maca: get it at health food stores or organic markets, good for energy and stamina and is another aphrodisiac.Psyllium Husk Powder: get it at health food stores. It is a congealing factor and is practically pure fiber; it’s a laxative. ALTERNATIVE TO Psyllium Husk Powder: 1T soy Lechithin (get at health food/ organic markets), OR boil 1/4c of flaxseeds- raw- in 1c of water, and when it cooks, the gel on top of the water is egg-yolk consistency and is a substitute. Only use 2T of this water).
