Health Drink

What you need: 

2 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 orange, peeled and segmented
few drops lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Crushed ice, to serve

What you do: 

1) Cut the tomatoes and carrots into big pieces. Add the orange segments, lemon juice, vegan sugar and water. Blend until smooth and strain. Add salt and pepper. Serve cold with crushed ice.
