Healthy Pasta and Veggies

What you need: 

1 10 oz. package of brown rice pasta or whole wheat pasta
5-6 stalks of broccoli
3 medium carrots
1 red bell pepper
1 tomato
balsamic vinegar
nutritional yeast
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

What you do: 

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, clean the vegetables. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Dice the carrots, bell pepper, and tomato. Steam the vegetables for 3-5 minutes or until your desired softness.
Serve the veggies over the pasta, and garnish with the balsamic vinegar, nutritional yeast, and freshly ground pepper.
Serve promptly.
