Well, mine was actually not the BEST pizza crust that I've made...and my husband apparently doesn't like any pan crusts...but I thought it was good. I was going to pre-bake it w/o any topping/sauce..but I forgot. I think it could have used it. It was a good crust to try though.  :)

made this recently and i liked it too, it's really tasty. i cooked it in a pie plate bc i wanted it really thick and it was almost too thick. it was like good focaccia bread with some toppings. in fact if i ever want focaccia type bread i might just make this sans toppings. next time i'll have to make a little well in the middle and put the toppings on that.

the crust on mine did seem a little underdone, so next time i also think i'll prebake it for 5-10 minutes.

I just made this pizza and I have to say this one is simply the BEST pizza I have ever made!!!! Lately, I have tried a couple of recipes (from this and other sites) and for some reason all the others never seemed to completely cook.  I never enjoyed the crust because no matter what I did, it seemed kind of uncooked.  Not anymore.  This "Herb Crust Pan Pizza" will be my pizza recipe from now on!  It is just perfect and delicious.  I didn't have chives so I used parsley, and it was just fine.  Thanks so much for such a wonderful recipe  ;)b

The best vegan pizza I have ever had. I invited people over for this and they loved it. I used chopped baby spinach, portabello mushrooms, jalapenos, and onions. I actually used 4 pieces of sliced mozzarella cheese(soy vegan) on top, but it didn't seem to make a difference because nobody tasted it. Make sure to slice the jalapenos very thin if you are using them and cook any toppings you are using that have moisture in them. Other than that, great pizza!

This is a must every week in our house now & a huge hit with my non-vegan family! My husband loves it super thin so I bake it for 5 min then flip it over for another 5 & a crispy thin crust (I use a non stick spray to make sure it will turn easy).  My favorite toppings are fresh bell peppers, artichoke hearts in water (Trader Joes has the best for only $1.99 a jar :)), mushrooms & tomatoes.  Super yummy with the home made pesto in place of red sauce!  Thanks for the great recipe.  (I have made it a few days ahead and put in in a ziplock with non-stick spray and its just as yummy)

MMM I am making this now. Waiting for the dough to rise and it already smells fantastici didnt have any oregano so I just used an italian herb mix. My topping will be: chilli sundried tomatoes,  spring onion, green olives, broccoli, pineapple, and possible peas and corn just for something different. I can wait. And I will probably add quite a lot of fresh basil and garlic to my tomato sauce.
Thank you for the recipe! (this is my first attempt at a pizza crust)
