SO HOW'D IT GO?

I made this because I did happen to have *all* the exact ingredients on hand, and it still didn't turn out right somehow.  I let them cool completely and they still crumbled apart.  The taste was okay, but they're just too filling to eat in any way except completely by themselves, and I didn't think they tasted quite good enough for that.

:o  My patties never really "set".  The mix just stayed soupy.  I went by the book with the recipe.  I used regular flour instead of the soy flour-that's all I had on hand.  I also did not use the wheat germ, I used Farina because I thought that would thicken the mix up.  I will have to try it with the other two ingredients included next time.

these were really good, I added some chili though. I served them with "golden gravy" from vegan vittles, and roast veggies
