What you do:

1. Blend the cocoa powder with the sugar in a mug.
2. Add the water and mix well.
3. Microwave on high for 15 seconds. Add the milk and mix well.
4. Microwave for 80 seconds. Mix once more and enjoy.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was yummy :) Easy to prepare, which is a plus. For any of you watching your weight, this is hefty in calories for a drink/snack - about 250 calories! It's worth it, but definitely a once in a while treat!

Here is the break down for anyone who is interested: sugar - 112 calories, cocoa - 15 calories, soy milk - 125 calories =252 calories
I also added a few dandies, which brought it up to 325!

I just made this with original almond milk.  I had to make enough for 6 people, so I mixed everything on the stove in a pot until the cocoa and sugar were melted...Then topped each cup with some homemade marshmellows that a friend of mine made.  It was delicious...Thanks for a great recipe!!

This tasted great :D
It's not too sweet either, and kind of reminds me of dark chocolate which I love.
Thank you for the lovely recipe!
