Hot Weather Scalp Cooler

What you need:

100% peppermint oil
your favorite hair conditioner

What you do:

Anyone who lives in a hot climate will appreciate this recipe. It makes your scalp feel cool for quite some time after conditioning your hair.
Buy peppermint oil at your local health food store or where ever you can find it. Add 1 or more tablespoons to your conditioner and shake the bottle well to mix it. Try 1 tablespoon and then add more if you wish. I usually add about 2 tablespoons per bottle of conditioner. It's not an exact science.
I tried this after buying some expensive salon conditioner and guessing that peppermint was the main ingredient..
Alternately, you can just massage some peppermint oil on your scalp with your fingers while your hair is still wet, after taking a shower. Ahhhhhhh...

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Peppermint also stimulates the scalp. If you massage your scalp for a couple of minutes with the pads of your fingers in addition to using this mixture you will stimulate the hair follicles to grow faster. Hair always grows fastest in the summer so add this and you will not believe how fast your hair grows. I did this over last summer and by fall my hair had grown something nearing 5" - 6", a phenomenal amount.
