Ice Fruit Smoothie!

What you need: 

1/2 of a ripe mango
1 kiwi
1 banana
3 sliced strawberries
1 cup of any juice (I prefer kool aid)
1/2 a cup of soy milk (flavor of your choice)
a pinch of cinnamon
1 oz of tofu (any type)
12 cubes of ice
2 tablespoon of natural sugar

What you do: 

place all fruit contents in to a blender, you may have to cut the banana up a little. Dump the soy milk and juice in to the blender. Mix for about 20 seconds. Place ice in to mixture. Blend together until ice is crushed with mixture. Pour the cinnamon and vegan sugar together in the mixture and mix for 10 seconds. Then serve. Depending on what ingredients you put in the color of the drink will vary. Enjoy
