Incredibly Easy and Cheap Chili
1 package of burger-style crumbles
1 package of taco seasoning
1 large can of crushed peeled tomatoes
2 cans of kidney beans
1 jar of pasta sauce
Fry burger-style crumbles in a pan with oil until brown. Dilute the taco seasoning with half a cup of water. Add to burger-style crumbles and let simmer until absorbed.
In a large pot add kidney beans (rinsed well), whole can of tomatoes, juice and all, jar of pasta sauce and cooked burger-style crumbles. Let simmer 20 minutes. Ta da!
This is best the next day, but its pretty great straight from the pot.
