Instant Complete Breakfast

What you need: 

10 packets instant oatmeal or other instant cereal
1/2 cup raw hulled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup dried flaked coconut
dried sweetener, optional
1/4 cup dried soy milk powder, optional

What you do: 

Toss all ingredients in a gallon size Ziploc bag and shake up. Add equal parts hot water and mix, stir up, and let sit until it's cool enough to eat. Perfect for camping - loaded with fiber, protein, iron and complete!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I used this, with a few modifications based on what was available in the bulk section of the supermarket, while camping. Good idea and tasty breakfast!
