1 1/2 medium sized lemons (remove the rind for a less bitter taste)
2 medium sized apples
4 stalks celery
4 large kale leaves
1 inch ginger (optional)
1) Cut up lemons and apples so they fit into the juicer. Put in ginger first for a bit of zing. Next, add the lemon and apples, followed by the kale. Last, but not least, juice the four stalks of celery... and voila! Delicious kale lemonade! Feel free to add more apple is you'd like it a bit sweeter.
