Lavender Biscuit-Cookies

What you need: 

1/2 cup vegan margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg substitute (Ener-G Egg Replacer)
1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
1 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cream margarine and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add egg replacer and vanilla and mix well.
Mix in dried lavender flowers and flour.
Place mixture in small heaps on greased baking sheets or parchment paper.
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Lavender is my favorite flower because it smells really good.

Used flaxseed as the "egg" and they turned out fantastic!

Highly recommend these cookies!

This sounds great, as soon as I get my hands on some dried lavender, definitely giving this a go :)
