Lemon & Lavender Chick'n

What you need: 

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence with lavender
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon truffle salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
tiny pinch saffron
1 (10 ounce) package vegan chick'n scallopini (I use Gardein)

What you do: 

1. Heat skillet to medium heat.
2. Mix all ingredients except chick'n patties. Add to skillet.
3. Place the patties in skillet and cook on both sides until done, about 5-10 minutes.
